The Heavy Bat is a training tool design for generating fast hands. Instead of just putting more weight into the whole bat, the weight on this training tool is balanced, so it feels more like your regular game bat. This prevents your swing to vary from your actual hitting motion.
The heavy bat shall only be used for tee work, soft and front toss. It is not made for hitting overhand throws, BP or live pitching!
